Founded by a registered dietitian, personal trainer and personal chef who saw the gap between traditional meal prep and true therapeutic nutrition, we set out to create something different.

Meet Rachel
Rachel is the heart behind Tailored Bites—a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and trauma-informed specialist with a passion for blending science with soul.
Her journey has been one of deep healing and wild evolution, shaped by years of experience in clinical nutrition, functional wellness, and hands-on kitchen grit. With a background in women’s health, blood sugar regulation, PCOS, and GLP-1 support, Rachel has built Tailored Bites as a sanctuary for nourishment—where food is personalized, purposeful, and grounded in nervous system safety.
She believes nutrition should feel like coming home to your body—not battling it. Her method is rooted in The Four Agreements, polyvagal theory, and her own lived experience of choosing softness without losing strength. Rachel leads with clarity, integrity, and an unshakable belief in her clients’ ability to heal.

Our team includes specialists in PCOS, diabetes, GLP-1 support, gut health, oncology nutrition, and trauma-informed care. With years of combined experience in both clinical and culinary nutrition, our RDs bring evidence-based insight, soulful presence, and deep compassion to every meal plan and session. We’re not just creating menus—we’re building a system of support that meets your body where it is and helps you move toward where you want to be.
Rachel Masser MS, RDN

& Executive Chef
At the heart of our mission is a unique blend of science and flavor. Our founder Rachel is a Master’s-level Registered Dietitian and Executive Chef, bringing together expertise in both nutrition and the culinary arts. With over a decade of experience in medical nutrition therapy and counseling, she’s passionate about creating food that is as nourishing as it is delicious—carefully balancing macros, micros, and dietary fiber to meet each individual’s needs.
A true culinary innovator and trauma-informed nutrition practitioner, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve sustainable weight loss and lasting behavior change. Known as a “Weight Loss & Behavior Change Guru,” her approach goes beyond the plate—empowering people to build healthy, lifelong habits.
Operating out of our licensed, insured, and ServSafe-certified commercial kitchen in Phoenix, she continues to craft recipes and programs that prove nutritious food can be both healing and irresistibly flavorful.

Samantha Blanton, RDN

Evidence-Based, GLP-1-Informed,
and Fun in the Kitchen
Samantha Blanton, RD is a passionate Registered Dietitian with a heart for holistic health and a foundation rooted in science. A graduate of Arizona State University in Nutrition and Dietetics, she helps clients feel at home in their bodies without the pressure of perfection or restriction.
Her clinical expertise began at the VA Medical Center in West Virginia, where she supported Veterans managing diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and weight through sustainable nutrition strategies. She also specializes in women’s health, gut conditions (including Low FODMAP), and is a certified GLP-1 nutrition specialist, guiding clients on medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro.
Sammie’s food philosophy is joyful, flexible, and flavor-forward—focused on mindful eating, real-life cravings, and lasting habits. Her ultimate goal: to help people see nutrition as an act of self-trust, not self-punishment.
Esperanza Chayrez-Cabrera, MS, RDN
Rooted in Research. Grounded in Compassion. A Lifelong Advocate for Nourishment Across Every Stage of Life.
Esperanza Chayrez-Cabrera, MS, RD, is a passionate Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University. Her mission is simple: to make healthy eating feel possible, purposeful, and deeply personal.
With experience spanning clinical care and community nutrition, Esperanza has supported older adults managing Type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, and weight changes, as well as children and families developing healthier food rhythms. Her supervised practice at the VA Northern Health Care System shaped her evidence-based approach, while her years in long-term care deepened her expertise in compassionate, individualized support.
Esperanza believes food should add to your life—not subtract from it. Whether guiding a family toward better mealtime habits or creating kidney-friendly meals for seniors, she helps clients build lasting, nourishing routines that feel like home.
